Today’s share is a figure with hands in my A3 sketchbook. The page is covered in gesso and I used a different Art Graf supply today, this time a water-soluble crayon. I haven’t done the next stage, sealing with clear gesso on the gel plate, so it will be interesting to see how much this crayon moves compared to the tailor’s shape I used yesterday.
The hands are in quite a complex pose, and I didn’t worry too much about specific shapes because I’m planning more layers. It would be a bit sad if I got the perfect representation and then the gesso blurred it all.
