100 Day Project ~ Day 35
There are 37 canvases, I think, and momentum is still going. I’m remembering last year when I was doing the daily oil painting and I got bored, that’s not happening this time. Maybe I find bodies more interesting than faces, or maybe the parameters I set were too limiting. I did feel like I wasn’t learning anything new, or feeling challenged, other than the challenge of finding interesting references. I’m not having that problem since Dinoopis has so many great poses in her archive.
Today I warmed up with a fast charcoal drawing in my sketchbook, then painted the mini canvas, and that was a good session.
