I am having thoughts about this 100 Day Project, lol. I don’t want it to become the focus of my practice, I want it to just fit in nicely, and that isn’t happening.
There’s also a weird bit of negativity someone is attaching to this, and I am working out how to let go of that. I don’t know why people can’t just let folk be, and why there has to be conflict. A person expressing themselves and doing some art shouldn’t be a trigger. I am not going to respond, it’s just really draining.
Anyway, the mini canvases are exactly the same size as one of my gel plates, so I decided to play around with printing some things directly onto the canvases. Example above is one of Mither’s crochet doilies (she made them for me to use in printmaking, it’s all good).
