Four Hundred Days

Day 29 of the 100 Day Project.

I tried a different process for laying down the paint today, and although it hasn’t been entirely successful, I liked what I learned.

I think the process is perhaps a challenge to complete in a hour, or perhaps more practise will make it easier. I could have painted on, but I like that this is a record of what I achieved.

I did try to rush, which resulted in the cheeks becoming a bit flat, and some of the shadows getting painted out, but there’s enough in it that I like that I’m not overly bothered with the parts that got overcooked.

It’s a learning process.

Today is also Day 400 of my daily art streak. That’s just wild.

Thank you for reading/subscribing/liking/commenting/sharing, it means a lot to me 🌻

Onward.

Til the morn,

Suzanne

Woohoo! πŸ₯³πŸ₯³ Congratulations on reaching 400 days in a row of painting & being creative. You have so much to be proud of, not the least of which is that you have put yourself & your art first, even on days that were busy with life things or when those negative messages in your head tried to prevent you from painting. You go, girl … and you keep on going!! Love you & your art πŸ’œπŸ’–
